Glasses are not an accessory, they are a measurement.
Çarşı Optik started in a small shop in Antalya. Today we have two branches, but the way we work has not changed: first the right measurement, then the right lens, and the frame last. We never break that order.

Freddie Mercury is our own brand. We draw it, it is produced at Solozzo Optik Sanayi, and it is sold in our own showcase. With no distributor in between, we set both the price and the quality — and when something goes wrong, we fix it without asking anyone.

Together we narrow down the frames that suit your face shape, the prescription on your form and your daily life. We do not rush you; try them on.
Lens & Workshop
Blue-light filtering, high-index, progressive or photochromic — you choose your lens and we cut and fit it in our own workshop.
Handover & Fitting
We adjust your glasses to your face. After that, servicing, screw tightening and adjustment are always free.

Where can I get prescription glasses made in Antalya?
Çarşı Optik is an optician in Muratpaşa, Antalya, that makes prescription glasses. Following your eye doctor's prescription, we cut blue-light-filter, thinned and progressive lenses in our own workshop and fit them into your frame.
Do I need a prescription to get glasses?
Yes. Prescription glasses and contact lenses require a current prescription from an eye doctor. If you don't have one, we recommend seeing an ophthalmologist first. We can, however, read the power of the lenses in the glasses you already wear with a lensmeter; this is not an eye examination.
Do you repair glasses bought elsewhere?
Yes. Wherever you bought your glasses, you can bring them to Çarşı Optik. Tightening screws, adjustment, nose pad replacement and ultrasonic cleaning are free. For frame soldering, lens replacement and hinge repair, we tell you the price after seeing the job. Most repairs are done the same day.
Do you make progressive (multifocal) lenses?
Yes. We fit progressive lenses, which show far, intermediate and near distances in a single lens, after measuring your pupil centre and fitting height. Taking these fitting measurements correctly is what shortens the adaptation period.
Do your sunglasses have UV protection?
Every sunglass lens in the Çarşı Optik showcase has UV400 protection, meaning it blocks ultraviolet light up to 400 nanometres. We test polarised lenses in front of you in the shop with a test card. If you need a prescription, we can also make your sunglasses with prescription lenses.
Which eyewear brands do you have?
We sell Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Police, Vogue and Carrera frames, and Essilor and Zeiss lenses. Freddie Mercury, which we design ourselves and have manufactured at Solozzo Optik Sanayi, is Çarşı Optik's own eyewear brand.
Do you sell contact lenses?
Yes. We sell daily, monthly and coloured contact lenses. Contact lenses also require a prescription from your eye doctor. If you are a first-time wearer, we put the lenses in together in the shop and show you hands-on how to insert, remove and clean them.
What are your opening hours? Are you open on Sundays?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 08:30 to 19:00 and closed on Sundays. You can call or message us on WhatsApp before you come.
